LOLA Café Morato was our Valentine’s Day lunch venue yesterday before the dinner crowd came.
They offered a reasonably priced Valentine’s Day Special Set Menu.
So what did we choose? There was this BLT Canapé for our appetizers.
He chose this Grilled BBQ Pork loin for his main.
I decided to get this Baked Chicken Chimichurri.
For our desserts, it was a choice between a Fresh Fruit Plate and Mango and Watermelon Sago. We went with the latter.
I also ordered a refreshing Pineapple Cucumber Agua Fresca.
Oh, and we didn’t make any reservations, so it was nice that they allowed walk-ins before dinner time.
Verdict: LOLA Cafe Morato offers modern Filipino dining with classic and fusion Filipino food. With four branches in Metro Manila, trying their food shouldn’t be difficult.
