    1. Any giveaways provided will be differentiated as to whom the sponsor of the giveaway is.
    2. Odds of winning are based on the number of entries received.
    3. ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal residents of the United States (void in Puerto Rico), 18 years of age or older. This Giveaway is void where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
    4. HOW TO ENTER: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. You can enter this Giveaway via the Internet. To enter, access one or more of the following social media platforms: Facebook.com, Instagram.com and Twitter.com. Register for free to open an account. Visit the @snaphappyfoodie Facebook Page, follow the @snaphappyfoodie Instagram account and the @snaphappyfoodie Twitter account. BY ENTERING, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES. Entries that are late (including delayed data transmissions), incomplete, misdirected, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules will be disqualified. Multiple entries are allowed, up to a maximum of one entry per day per person. Entries that exceed that number will be determined to be void.
    5. SELECTION OF WINNER: Winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Note: Winner will be notified via email and will have 24 hours to respond before I pick another winner. If a potential winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been exerted during one (1) day from the date of the first attempt to contact potential winner, or if potential winner he/she is found to be ineligible, or if he/she cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, an alternate winner may be selected.
    6. SnapHappy Foodie is not responsible for: any late giveaway entries, whether due to electronic, hardware, Internet or other computer-related malfunctions; any giveaway disruptions; injuries; losses; events beyond the control of SnapHappy Foodie; any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the giveaway; or prizes lost in shipment.
    7. All federal, state, local or international taxes associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
    8. If entering the giveaway through the SnapHappy Foodie Facebook Page, this promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook. You understand that you are providing your information to the owner of this Facebook page and not to Facebook.
    9. By entering the giveaway through this website, you release SnapHappy Foodie from any liability whatsoever, and waive any and all causes of action related to any: claims; costs; injuries; losses or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the giveaway or delivery; mis-delivery; or acceptance of any prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light, whether intentional or unintentional).
