Last night, hubby and I met up with a good friend for an early Christmas dinner at Las Flores (The Podium branch).
Described as a “contemporary Spanish tapas restaurant & cocktail bar”, Las Flores caught my attention when we were choosing where to eat dinner. While it was our first time eating at Las Flores and I wanted to take pictures, I didn’t because there were many people in the restaurant at the time. Gotta respect their privacy!
We really enjoyed the delicious food that we ate, which included:
* Solomillo de Ternera – 180g beef tenderloin, potato tatin, french beans
* Mixto Platter – A selection of quesos and embutidos
* Patatas Bravas – Fried potatoes, salsa brava, aioli
* Bombas de la Barceloneta – Potato, wagyu beef, salsa brava & aioli
* Grande Paella Verduras – Vegetarian paella
* Red Sangria
Verdict:
It was our first time there, but it looks like it won’t be the last. There are still many items on the menu that we’d like to try. What I liked most about Las Flores is how they have a modern take on traditional Spanish food in a stylishly casual environment.
