The fifth annual Greenwich Wine+Food Festival, presented by Serendipity magazine (www.greenwichwineandfood.com) and benefitting Paul Newman’s Hole in the Wall Gang Camp and The Greenwich Department of Parks and Recreation Scholarship Fund, today announced the participants for the centerpiece of the entire event, the Culinary Village, taking place on Saturday, September 26 from 12:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. at Roger Sherman Baldwin Park in Greenwich. More than 150 food and beverage vendors will be offering guests samples of decadent dishes, savory snacks, sweet desserts and wine and spirit beverage tastings.

Tickets for Saturday’s events are available starting at $145.20, with VIP tickets available for $375 (this includes early access at 11:30 a.m. to the Grand Tasting Tent, access to the Festival VIP Tent, which is equipped with a private lounge and restrooms, full bar, secluded seating areas, private restrooms and parking, private concert viewing area and a special VIP Big Easy Dinner hosted by Alex Guarnaschelli, featuring food from the Festival’s Ambassador Chefs and early-evening entertainment from Funky Meters, comprised of Art Neville, Ian Neville, George Porter Jr. and Russell Batiste Jr.). The four-day event will also include Wednesday’s Champagne Dinner with Chef Rui Correia at the James Beard House in New York City (a limited number of tickets are available for $175 per person); Thursday’s Wine Dinner Under the Stars and Friday’s Most Innovative Chefs Gala with food, wine and cocktails from this year’s class of Most Innovative Chefs from Connecticut and New York, and a live concert by The Wailers (tickets start at $350 per person).
