I did my 13th experiment yesterday. My original plan was to bake 10 items for this year, but my sister Lynn challenged me to make it 20. Fine. As Barney in “How I Met Your Mother” would say, “challenge accepted“.
My list of future experiments include cream puffs, ensaymada, chocolate chip cookies, angel food cake and pan de sal. I’d like to try making pie, but since I’m not a pie eater, no idea yet what pie to make.
So that’s what’s been happening lately.
