A new month, a new book! I found MediterrAsian.com a few days ago and their content piqued my curiosity.
Ended up buying their book, The MediterrAsian Way: A Cookbook and Guide to Health, Weight Loss, and Longevity, Combining the Best Features of Mediterranean and Asian Diets, of course!
I still have a lot of reading to do, but I may just try a recipe or two while reading the first part of the book. That part seems so textbook-like, so I don’t want to just skim through everything.
