Here’s my very first bento attempt. It’s what’s for eating later today. What’s in it?
Turkey and Swiss cheese roll-up, coleslaw, baby carrots, grape tomatoes, cashews and sliced cheese stick.
I added pickles, tomatoes and hummus to the roll-up in an attempt to make it healthy (I hope!). I bought the box and the separate container for the coleslaw last Saturday.
I can’t believe that I was able to fit so much in such a small container. Wow.
