Here’s my food for tomorrow: roast beef and provolone cheese roll-up, hummus, Laughing Cow wedge, broccoli, carrots, bell peppers and grape tomatoes.
I confess, I miss rice. : ( But the food’s been very filling, so the feeling full aspect isn’t really an issue, thank goodness!
Anyway, I’m slowly figuring out how to create my bento. I’ve checked books and Flickr, and it’s just amazing what people do with their bentos. I’ll get there eventually. I’ll share photos here again when my bento-making skills have improved. Just wanted to share how I started.
